Cumming Group delivered comprehensive project and design management services for a confidential financial client that encompassed multiple locations across the globe. Primary project focus was delivery of 18 floors of fit out including trading floors, amenity space, and support areas. Satellite offices varied in scope, from full design refreshes to limited intervention or upgrades, all coordinated around active business operations. In total, the team successfully delivered 500,000 square feet of space within aggressive turnover timelines.
